Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Spare Parts Aftermarket Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spare parts sales, market competitors, and customer requirements. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in spare parts aftermarket sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of spare parts numbers and inventory management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with competitors and industry trends in the auto spare parts sector.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for spare parts aftermarket sales.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of spare parts, including part numbers and specifications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Communicate with potential clients to offer sales deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain a database of existing and potential customers and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient customer service by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability and timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
