JOB PURPOSE; Field Technicians are skilled professionals who work outside of company’s premises or facility, performing tasks such as installations, maintenance, repairs and technical support directly at customer locations or on field sites

· Report to Team Leader / Supervisor for delegating the daily jobs.
· Responsible to conduct Tracking device & accessories - installation, maintenance and removal job.
· Ensure wringing’s are properly done as per electrical connection diagrams provided and if any technical issues in understanding immediately report to Team Leader / Supervisor.
· Effectively manage time to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines.
· Prioritize tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
· Wear office uniforms during duty hours. Maintain discipline and decorum.
· Ensure all the required tools & devices are prepared and kept ready before proceeding with the job.
· Ensure proper routing of wires, sleeves and insulations are done to protect from any damage.
· Keep the company allotted car clean and tidy. Adhere to company rules and policies.
· Diagnosis basic electrical faults. Follow procedures as per manuals and undertake jobs within recommended labor time.
· Greet customers politely and take approval from customers before starting the job. After completion inform the customer and proceed for next allotted job.
· Ensure customer cars / vehicles are kept clean after finishing the assigned jobs.
· Report all daily activities to Team Leader / Supervisor by end of the day.
