• Oversee daily workshop operations, staff, and job distribution
• Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools/PPE
• Identify training needs and develop technical staff

Requirement:

• 2–3 years experience as a Workshop Supervisor in automotive
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
• Experience in team supervision and task allocation
• Familiarity with workshop tools, equipment, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports and job documentation
• Good communication and leadership skills
