Our Squamish location is looking for an Estimator with potential growth to join our Squamish team with prior collision estimating experience. We offer highly competitive pay, a great work environment where you are not just a worker but a part of a team who support each other to succeed.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or Insurance Appraiser.
· Strong background in damage analysis and repair planning.
· Proficient with estimating software such as Mitchell Cloud Estimating.
· I-CAR certification or other industry-recognized training is preferred but not required.
· Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record.

· Greet customers promptly and professionally to assess their needs, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the repair process.
· Communicate with insurance companies to obtain repair authorizations and handle all related documentation.
· Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage to prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates.
· Collaborate with technicians to review appraisals, explain necessary repairs, note customer-pay items, and clarify special instructions.
· Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including repair techniques, updates, and estimated completion dates.
· Maintain strong working relationships with insurance adjusters, vendors, and business partners.
· Provide timely updates to all stakeholders regarding vehicle status and any changes to repair plans.
· Write and submit supplements and finalize estimates after repair completion.
· Manage Repair Orders efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
