The hired Technician is responsible for quality and efficient repairs while meeting all MPI and manufacturer standards. Applicants should be able to independently follow through the entire repair process from disassembly to reassembly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years + of experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• ICAR training (preferred)
• Welding and glass installation experience are assets, but not required

Experience:

• Autobody Technician: 5 years (required

• Performing work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Operate power tools, hand tools, grind, and sand finished surfaces safely
• Disassemble and reassemble necessary vehicle parts needed to complete the job

  Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
