• Site Management: Oversee all aspects of construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead on-site personnel, ensuring that team members are trained and working efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and materials, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Report on project progress and any issues that arise.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and incident reports.
