Responsibilities

• Develop and produce technical drawings and plans using designing software tools.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders on project designs.
• Review design concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Interpret project requirements and provide accurate construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits for data acquisition and assessment to inform design creation.
• Provide revisions and updates to drawings based on client feedback or project changes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and documentation for all design projects.
• Ensure that design outputs meet project deadlines and quality standards consistently.
• Stay updated with advancements in AutoCAD tools and technical design technologies.
• Assist in cost estimation processes by providing detailed technical specifications.
• Support the project team with technical guidance and problem resolution skills.
• Manage multiple design projects effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in interior fit-out.
• Proven experience and proficiency in using software’s like (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop) .
• Strong understanding of design principles and technical drawing standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Experience with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
