MAIN SCOPE:

Work closely with the superior and the Management in the development of presentation drawings, drafting and amending of layout plans using AutoCAD software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience or knowledge in working on food & beverage related projects and in developing perspective rendering/designing (Interior Design / ID) would be an added advantage.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawing and in other relevant softwares.
• Able to read and understand architectural, civil, structural and mechanical drawings.
• Able to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking associates.
• Meticulous and able to take measurements on sites independently.
• Strong communication skills, including analytical, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Possess the ability to work in face-paced environment with specific deadlines while ensuring the accuracy of own and/or others’ work.
• Willing to travel around Singapore and/or Malaysia as well as work in the office environment.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with policies set by the Company.
• Develop presentation into construction details and drawings.
• Draft and amend layout plans, and review as-built drawings and verify information as necessary to document actual conditions.
• Utilise AutoCAD to translate mark-ups into drawings, check and plot drawings, accurately label final work drawings, and update contract drawings and specifications.
• Might be required to assist the Superior and the Management in completing tasks within the allocated budget/schedule and review works for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform site walks to confirm existing conditions and layout/geometry of existing architectural or structural systems.
• Maintain systematic documentation and filing for the department.
• Other duties as assigned by superior and the Management.
