JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various CAD software applications and possess a strong understanding of construction and design principles. This role involves creating detailed drawings and that will support our engineering and fabrication projects. We are producing high quality bespoke metal fabrication projects including gates, railings, balconies and structural steels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in CAD software
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various disciplines.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: In perso

• Develop precise and detailed CAD drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to produce design schematics that meet project specifications.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the drafting process.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain an organised library of drawings and documentation for easy access by team members.
