We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with proficiency in various CAD software applications. This role involves creating detailed technical drawings and schematics that support our engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, SketchUp, and NavisWorks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
• Experience in creating construction documents and schematics.
• Familiarity with 2D animation concepts is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Create schematics and mechanical designs for various projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Utilize SketchUp and NavisWorks for visualization and coordination of design elements.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into accurate drawings.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from engineers or project managers.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and project changes.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
