JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a qualified AutoCAD Drafter with a Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience and a strong understanding of drafting standards and building codes in the region.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD
• Modify and update drawings based on engineers’ or architects’ markups
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with UAE building regulations and project specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather design requirements
• Maintain an organized database of drawing files and documentation
• Assist in preparing documentation for approvals and permits
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data or verify drawing accuracy
