Description
This position will include creating drawings for low voltage electrical systems including Burglary, Fire, Access Control and CCTV Systems for commercial properties. Responsibilities: • Produce system installation drawings including floor plans, riser diagrams, system diagrams and layouts using manual drawing techniques, PC based CAD system (AUTOCAD) and/or Bluebeam • Assemble operation and maintenance manuals and systems documentation for systems owners • Prepare system drawings per specifications and plans supplied • Maintain project drawing files, associated records, documentation tracking and as-built drawings • Performs other related document and drawings as assigned The successful candidate will possess or demonstrate the following attributes: • Associate’s or Technical degree in Drafting • Must be proficient using Windows based software and the Microsoft Office Suite • Must be able to work with blueprints: architectural, electrical, structural and site plans • Must be self-motivated as well as thrive being part of a high energy, goal oriented team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to pass an a extensive background and drug test An Equal Opportunity Employer Women, Minorities, Disabled and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
