We are looking to hire a Draftman with Construction/Industrial Work experience

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Analyze building plans and related documents to determine the specifications of the MEP systems.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure accuracy of MEP systems.
• Monitor changes and improvements in the design process.
• Maintain records of all drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids
• Interpret applicable codes and regulations related to MEP systems
• Design water piping HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc.
• Knowledgeable in Civil and other trades is a plus but not required

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
