REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or SolidWorks is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural steel and metal systems.
• Familiarity with GCC building codes and steel fabrication standards.
• Ability to create accurate CNC-ready drawings for fabrication.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating across multiple disciplines.

Experience:

• steel/ metal structural: 2 years (Required)

• Prepare shop and fabrication drawings for architectural steel elements, including façades, balustrades, cladding, canopies, and decorative metalwork, ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE/local codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate design intent into accurate steel detailing using AutoCAD. Experience with 3D modeling in Revit or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Develop CNC-ready drawings for automated cutting, bending, and fabrication processes.
• Revise drawings based on site measurements, RFIs, and coordination with other trades (glazing, concrete, structural steel).
• Document all revisions and produce precise as-built drawings, focusing on material specifications, surface finishes, connections, and installation details.
