We are looking for a highly skilled Draughtsman to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations. The role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in the construction industry, with experience in Abu Dhabi preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi building codes and submission requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Develop and prepare architectural, structural based on project specifications and consultant requirements.
• Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Prepare as-built drawings in coordination with the site team and project requirements.
• Ensure that all drawings are prepared according to Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), ADDC, ADCD, and other relevant authority standards.
