WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN AUTOCAD EXECUTIVE WITH FIT-OUT AND JOINERY EXPERIENCE

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing shop drawings for Civil / architectural / joinery drawings.
• Preparing the detailed tender package drawings.
• Preparation of Various presentation drawings for meeting as per the requirement of Clients.
• Preparing Authority approval drawings for Building Management, DM, DDA, DCD, Trakhees, Dewa etc.
• Preparing Interior design detail drawings for execution.
• Preparing as Built drawings.
• Preparing Joinery requirements for Bespoke items.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Autocad draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent technical skills in drafting, drawing production, and detailing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards is preferred.
