ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AutoCAD Internal Sales Coordinator to join a leading company in the packaging automation industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the sales team by preparing and modifying 2D drawings using AutoCAD to support project proposals.
• Collaborate with the team to create and manage accurate and detailed client quotations.
• Maintain and organise a database of customer information, quotes, and project details.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
• Provide administrative support for sales activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Participate in product and technical training to gain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings.
