We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven AutoCAD Technician to join our CAD team. This role is responsible for creating cabinet detail and production drawings in collaboration with our Engineering and Design teams. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong technical drawing skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years experience in the Cabinetry and/or Woodworking industry
  • Post-secondary education or certification in AutoCAD Design/Drafting.
  • Extensive experience in cabinetry and/or woodworking industries.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Cabinet Vision, and Office 365.
  • Solid understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and appliance integration.
  • CNC programming experience is an asset.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate technical drawings for use by the Production team.
  • Interpret design specs and calculate precise layouts and angles.
  • Coordinate multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Liaise with Design and Production teams to ensure the feasibility of concepts.
  • Maintain and update product libraries (AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, CAM).
  • Manage revisions, change orders, and production documentation.
  • Train new team members on internal systems and workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Uphold company Core Values and Management Philosophy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
