Halfords Autocentre Internship  Kickstart your career in the automotive industry with the Halfords Garage Internship! This programme is designed for college leavers who have completed a full-time Level 3 qualification and have little or no practical industry experience. As an Intern, you’ll join one of our garages on a 6-month fixed-term contract, where you’ll put your skills and knowledge into practice while being coached and mentored by experienced technicians. During your placement, you’ll gain hands-on experience in tyre fitting, brakes, and servicing, building confidence and expertise along the way. You’ll be supported throughout by our Early Careers team, with regular feedback from your Centre Manager. Towards the end of your internship, you’ll complete an assessment on your skills and behaviours – successful interns are usually offered a permanent role at Halfords.
