We’re seeking an experienced Autocentre Service Manager for our busy MOT and repair centre in Formby. As part of a major national repair chain, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MOT and repair centre operations
• Lead and motivate a team of Technicians and MOT Testers
• Achieve/exceed monthly targets for MOT, labour, and parts
• Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain high standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong management experience in an automotive environment
• Experience in franchise or independent businesses (or both)
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive profitability
• Excellent team-building and leadership skills
