QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience as an Electronic Gate Technician.
· Proficiency in installing and repairing Electronic Gate systems
· Strong knowledge of electrical and low-voltage systems
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills
· Valid driver’s license
· Welding: 2 years (Required)
· Heavy lifting: 2 years (Required)
· Sales: 2 years (Required)

· Service automated systems and equipment
· Program access control/computers
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in automated systems
· Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize system performance
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automated equipment
· Provide field service support to customers as needed
· Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
Skills:
· Experience with low voltage control systems and distributed control systems (DCS)
· Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues in automated systems
· Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in work
