Description
Maintain and repair mechatronic systems, including overhead transport systems and wafer handling equipment Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC circuits applying a DMM and schematic diagrams. Strong mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and repair robotic, mechanical, and electrical systems Analyze system operations with diagrams, dismantling, adjusting, rebuilding, and reassembling equipment based on blueprints and manuals. Apply Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks, document work, and support team communication. Effectively navigate complex problem-solving scenarios by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures and work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Communicate clearly in writing and speech, manage time effectively, and follow procedures with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), progress between day and night shifts every 4 months, and adapt to different shifts and overtime as needed to support business operations. Maintain compliance with cleanroom protocols by consistently wearing fab-specific garments to prevent product contamination and occasionally appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, safety-toe shoes, and hard hats as required. 2+ years' experience AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits Associate degree in relevant technical fields such as Mechatronics, Electronics, or Robotics and/or 2 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience. 2+ years' experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience. 2+ years' experience in leading projects related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement, with a focus on meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
