Primary country and city: Romania (RO) || Bucharest Req ID: 778052 Monitor systems and services 24/7 to proactively detect issues and ensure first-level restoration and recovery Perform daily preventive checks, monitor alarms, processes, and system performance Handle incidents and tickets within defined SLAs, including escalation, tracking, closure, and Root Cause Analysis when required Ensure application availability and take timely action on failures or performance issues Manage email-based claims and provide clear, professional communication with stakeholders Support Change Management activities, including system upgrades, installations, and planned maintenance Ensure proper shift handovers and maintain accurate operational documentation and reports Collaborate closely with internal teams (Back Office, Service Desk, Technical Teams) and customer technical staff Participate in documentation creation, reporting, and governance meetings Mentor and support new team members through on-the-job training Comply with mandatory trainings, time tracking, and internal procedures Continuously improve technical knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.
