JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.

REQUIREMENTS

• +5 years of experience in QA and QA Automation roles.
• Proven experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with test case management and bug-tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient/advanced level of Written and Spoken English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
• Conduct API testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Utilize test case management and bug-tracking systems to document test results and track defects.
• Apply best practices in software testing methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
