ABOUT THE ROLE

Our automation team is hyper-focused on creating capacity in the organization by automating business processes. As an Automation Analyst, you’ll be part of a small, agile team working through over 100 automation candidate initiatives across the organization. Your passion for using technology to increase efficiency, improve accuracy and enable innovation will shine through in the solutions you propose and develop for our business units.
As an Automation Analyst, you will work directly with our business teams. You will be leading requirements gathering and application development using a variety of no-code/low-code solutions (predominately Microsoft Power Platform). You’ll play a key role in interpreting business goals and translating them into technical solutions, guiding the development of automation initiatives, and contributing to the organization’s automation roadmap. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in Microsoft and a working knowledge of Salesforce, and SAP platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of automation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Meet with business units to understand where technology can be infused into their current processes to gain capacity.
  • Documents requirements and present proposed solution to the business for approval.
  • Design and develop approved automation solutions across platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and digital literacy support to stakeholders as automations are rolled out.
