YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in automation and AI specific engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
• Deep experience with enterprise platforms with automating tasks and building integrations
• A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation.A passion for teaching technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Build and deploy workflow automations using Low-code/No-code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot Studio.
• Design and develop robust AI agents using Python
• Design and implement AI agents that can execute tasks autonomously and interact with users through chat, notifications, and actions.
• Integrate Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) to enable natural language understanding, summarisation, and form extraction.
• Develop secure and scalable Connectors and API integrations between business systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Databricks, and other corporate applications).
• Maintain and improve a platform for evaluating AI agents
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI.Ensure smooth post-deployment operations and change management.
