We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Automation and Mechatronics Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, BC. Pay Rate: $45 - $55 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
Shift: Full-time position with approved overtime when required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO QUALIFY:

• PLC Programming & HMI Creation (Opto22 or Siemens S7-1200 experience is an asset)
• Mechatronics Technologist / Engineer Certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• C, C++, or C# programming familiarity is a plus
• A minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use hand tools, multi-meters, and oscilloscopes
• Applicants must be either a Permanent Resident or a Citizen
• Valid Driver’s License for local travel
• Ability to travel internationally, including to the US

• PLC and Embedded Systems Integration – Programming, HMI creation, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
• Field Service Installation & Maintenance – Travel as needed to install and repair systems
• Technical Documentation – Prepare manuals, procedures, and service reports
• Project Management & Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, technicians, and regulatory bodies
