QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree required; B.S. in Engineering or related discipline preferred
  • Hands-on experience with machine design and automated systems
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with automated assembly, robotics, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

ABOUT THE ROLE

Autowell technology (U.S.) Inc. is excited to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for an Automation Applications Engineer. The Applications Engineer plays a key role in supporting our sales efforts by developing system concepts, pricing strategies, and technical documentation for custom automation solutions. This position works closely with the Sales Manager throughout the quoting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical expertise to support sales presentations, customer meetings, and proposals
  • Identify target customers and market segments in the U.S., analyze customer specifications and documentation to develop effective automation solutions
  • Lead the full cycle of product development for non-standard automation equipment, including concept generation, feasibility studies, design, prototyping, and production launch.
  • Work closely with R&D teams in Texas and globally to drive innovation, ensure compliance with technical specifications, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Support U.S. sales and marketing teams by providing product expertise, assisting in the creation of positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies, and delivering product training.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to showcase products, strengthen brand presence, and generate new business leads.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, and work with sales teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Participate in cross-division collaboration when needed
