THE OPPORTUNITY We have a 6-month Max term part time (3 days/ week) opportunity available for Automation & BI Intern to join our Fujifilm Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This role offers a hands on opportunity to work on innovative automation, AI and business intelligence initiatives that streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency and enable data driven decision making. You will work in a supportive environment, receiving training and guidance from experienced ICT professionals while gaining practical exposure to real world enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyse processes suitable for automation and BI reporting • Assist in the design and implementation of automation solutions and BI dashboards using FBAU technologies and tools • Support the development, testing and monitoring of AI and analytics models under supervision • Assist with data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) to ensure accurate and reliable data • Contribute to solution documentation, including process maps, data definitions and reporting standards • Perform basic analysis of operational and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Actively engage in continuous learning to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Skills & Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities • An interest in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation • The ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies • Exposure to data analysis, reporting or process improvement through academic projects, internships or part time work is highly regarded BENEFITS: • In house training and development and Generous Educational Assistance policy. • Diverse Career Development opportunities. • Employee Discounts through our “Gold Pass” rewards platform. • Income Protection and Life Insurance. • Salary Packaging & Novated Leasing available.
