Our North American operations are based in Morrisville, NC, providing local engineering, applications support, and service. Responsibilities: Channel Administration & Enablement Serve as the primary contact for channel partners, create and maintain program documentation, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Organize and communicate information partners need to succeed (program guides, timelines, policies, contacts). Coordinate channel partner onboarding: route approvals, process new-account applications, and ensure timely access to resources and welcome packets. Webinars, Training & Events Own the monthly webinar calendar: topics, invites, rehearsals, hosting, and follow-ups; track attendance and impact. Coordinate product demos, sample logistics, and light transportation needs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Support onsite trainings for partners and internal teams; manage materials and post-training feedback. Sales Tools & Content Polish and standardize slide decks and sales collateral to ensure messaging is crisp and on-brand. Maintain a shared repository of sales tools, presentations, and documentation for easy partner access. Reporting & Insights Build and deliver quarterly channel partner reports with performance metrics, engagement signals, and actions. Create recurring sales reporting (e.g., pipeline snapshots, webinar ROI, adoption metrics) and surface trends. Gather and synthesize partner feedback to recommend program enhancements. Support sales managers with product and channel reports for identifying strength and opportunity areas. Projects & Cross-Functional Work Support leadership with sales trainings, industry events, and executive meetings Lead cross-functional projects with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables. Support trade shows and marketing initiatives, including channel partner co-marketing, demo products, etc. Requirements Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Business Analytics or Supply Chain concentration a plus), or equivalent experience. 0–4 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops count); strong learning mindset and ownership. Excellent communication: clear writing, confident facilitation, and comfort leading tough discussions with partners. Organization & time management: able to juggle schedules, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders. Analytical skills: proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts); ability to turn data into recommendations. Presentation skills: PowerPoint/slide polishing; ability to simplify technical topics. Proficient with Microsoft 365; quick to learn CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Dynamics/Salesforce, Teams/Zoom, Mailchimp/HubSpot). Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 10%. Nice to Have Experience with channel partners (distributors/integrators/OEMs), training coordination, or webinar hosting. Exposure to automation/industrial products or technical sales enablement. Basic data visualization (Power BI or similar). Work Environment This role is 100% on-site at our Morrisville, NC office with occasional travel (up to 10%) for partner meetings, trainings, events, and demos. Why SCHUNK?
