We’re on the hunt for an Automation & CLM Specialist to join our Omni Experience team! Job Description You’ll support the delivery of our customer lifecycle marketing programme. In a nutshell, help create and execute those smart, meaningful and relevant customer communications and campaigns - acquire, engage, retain and grow our customer base using smart automations, segmented promotional campaigns and loyalty comms channels (email, push/app notifications and beyond!). In this role, you’ll: Work with our Automation & CLM Lead and Customer Loyalty Manager to support delivery of the automation and CLM roadmap. Build, test and deploy trade email and push campaigns (ones that our customers actually want to open!) using Marketing Cloud/related tools Test & learn: Optimise workflows to enhance efficiency and personalisation Manage data flows and segmentation for targeted communications. Analyse campaign performance, spot opportunities for improvements and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Work with marketing and data teams to deliver on-brand, consistent, customer-first communications. Qualifications Retail is fast-paced and varied– the work will be interesting and impactful! Centre to it all will be your customer lens, curiosity and attention to detail to keep things humming and executed, on time and on brand (or in our case, brands!). You’ll work with a passionate, supportive team and build on your hands-on experience from day 1! On our wishlist: 2 – 3 years’ experience in marketing automation or digital CRM In a similar role using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent campaign tools HTML or email editing skills Copywriting skills and creativity Strong attention to detail Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with data tools Collaborative working approach with stakeholders and time management skills Knowledge of customer journey mapping and loyalty marketing a bonus!
