The work includes development, optimization and verification of control and regulation strategies such as load sharing, DC voltage control, closed-bus operation and autonomous generator sets. You will collaborate closely with shipping companies, shipyards, suppliers and classification societies, and actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and work methodology.

Your responsibilities and what you will work on, among other things:

  • Development and improvement of control and automation systems for maritime energy solutions
  • System design, architecture and technical documentation
  • Testing, troubleshooting and optimization of systems
  • Integration with existing and new maritime systems
  • Involved in project implementation from idea to finished installation
  • Collaboration with software developers, electrical engineers and project managers


Who are we looking for?

  • Essential qualifications:
  • Engineering background in automation or electrical engineering
  • Experience from maritime projects, energy systems or automation on board vessels, relevant experience can compensate for formal education
