QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 3–5+ years of experience in automation/controls engineering, preferably in manufacturing, process industries, or industrial automation

SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/ Rockwell, Siemens)
• Experience with VFDs, robotics, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with SCADA systems and industrial data collection is a plus

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Design and implementation of control system for development projects and customer orders
• Integration of robotic applications and image processing systems for our proprietary machines
• Commissioning both in-house and at customer sites worldwide – either via remote access or on-site
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance staff
• Diagnose and repair electrical and control system failures in a timely manner (May involve working shifts, weekends)
