REQUIREMENTS

• Background in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Proven hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, or similar)
• Experience with SCADA/HMI systems (e.g., RSView, WinCC, Ignition)
• Familiarity with control panel design, industrial networking (Ethernet, Serial, Fibre) and standards compliance (ISO 9001, IEC, BS)
• Experience with on-site commissioning and troubleshooting industrial machinery
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in automation and control systems to join our team. This role is hands-on and covers the full project lifecycle, including designing, programming, testing, commissioning, and supporting industrial control systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop PLC and HMI/SCADA control systems for industrial machinery and processes
• Produce electrical schematics, system documentation, and functional specifications
• Commission equipment on client sites, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions
• Maintain project documentation and support systems during warranty periods
