Description
Kroll is seeking an AI & Automation developer based in India. This role will drive enterprise-wide efficiency by advancing Kroll’s automation and AI capabilities, working closely with the AI Enablement Team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can translate complex business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions, lead large teams, and continuously evolve Kroll’s automation capabilities through innovation, emerging technologies, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Automation Development Develop and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop). Support enhancement and bug fixing of existing automation solutions. Assist in building Power Apps integrations where required. Configure connectors, APIs, and data integrations across systems. UiPath to Power Automate Migration Support Analyze existing UiPath bots and document workflows. Rebuild and test automations in Power Automate under supervision. Perform functional and regression testing during migration. Assist in documenting migration activities and technical specifications. AI-Enabled Automation Support implementation of AI Builder, document processing, and basic AI integrations. Assist in integrating APIs (e.g., OCR, NLP, ML models) into workflows. Participate in testing and validating AI-based automation outputs. Testing & Documentation Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD). Conduct unit testing and support UAT activities. Maintain version control and follow established development standards. Log issues, track defects, and support production deployments. Operational Support Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues. Provide L1/L2 support for deployed automations. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in RPA or workflow automation. Basic hands-on experience with: Microsoft Power Automate (preferred) or UiPath API integrations (REST basics) Excel automation, file handling, email automation Understanding of automation lifecycle (PDD, SDD, UAT, deployment). Basic knowledge of databases (SQL fundamentals). Familiarity with JSON, data formats, and connectors. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to both UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of AI Builder or basic AI/ML concepts. Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath certification (Foundation level). Experience with version control tools (Git/Azure DevOps).
