JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and electro-mechanical maintenance. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians as a foreman and will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial systems, including electrical, PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Expert in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in electrical maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Strong job tenure.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with the person and Siemens systems.
• Basic skills in maintenance electrician roles.

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial systems including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, including swapping out cards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Handle maintenance and repair of 480v motor controls and wiring.
• Utilize schematic diagrams for troubleshooting and repair.
