Job Description Lead automation members for industrialization PLC & Robot programming support in industrialization Simulation & virtual commissioning Responsible for electrical design of new equipment Wrote project related specifications, operation manuals, operation manuals, fault explanations and other documents Technical support and standardization formulation, Support supplier follow our standardization Identify & propose new ideas for advanced automation to increase the level of automation in the factory Continuous optimization project strategy in close alignment with the stakeholders Organize Lessons Learned and Best Practice sharing out of the projects into the plants and production network Electrical design ,flow Standardization; Technical support; Support dashboard, digitalization ,DPLP Support global strategy for industrial4.0 Support new equipment check ,acceptance and KPI improvement Track the status of feedback and requirements Improve the "Digital Industrialization" together with EPMs, HUBs and locations Drive employees to operational excellence and ensure individual growth in competencies valuable for business/ program Skill gap analysis and closing gaps Build high performing teams Develop new teams and successors Enhance and support digital visualization of resource -and process changes help to accelerate time-to-production in any scenario strengthen and foster the strategy of reuse Qualifications Customer, BU and Operations Organization: - Knows existing processes and rules and internal escalation and decision-making structures - Knows the methods, tools and contact persons for managing the project in operations - Knows existing processes and requirements from the customer Project Management - knowledge of the Product Life Cycle & necessary tasks & deliverables - Scheduling of project KPI & targets --> tracking and reporting of those to secure the success of the project - Guidance & Communication: able to take the initiative and communicate the expectations clearly - Risk Management & Problem Solving to foresee and overcome blocking points Automation Knowledge - Knowledge of the existing technologies & business applications - High affinity for automation topics, e.g. robotics & handling, PLC - Lean Manufacturing methods & tools Quality Knowledge - Knowledge of key operational indicators (OEE, Cycle-Time, FPY, 0-km ppm, Field PPM, warranty, scrap ratio), - Quality tools and methods for problem analysis, solving (fishbone analysis, 5 Why, etc.) - Process improvement tool (Yotoken) Staff Management - Delegation of tasks to the Operations Team members - Team work, intercultural skills Change Management and Problem Resolution Management - Estimation the impact of changes in requirements on time, cost and technical functions within operations. - Support the implementation of changes following rules and keeping stakeholders up to date - Drive processes in plant to have in time resolutions Communications - Networking with other experts locations and technical communities. - English Languages Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
