We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to join our High Throughput Antibody Production team, supporting biologics drug discovery and biologics engineering. This role focuses on delivering recombinant therapeutic proteins and developing automated solutions that accelerate drug discovery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS (5–7+ yrs) or MS (3–5+ yrs) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
• Hands-on expertise with CAD design, 3D printers, robotics, and automation software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of biologics production preferred.

• Design and produce custom components/labware to support protein production automation.
• Operate, maintain, and optimize liquid handlers (Hamilton, Lynx, Tecan) and robotic systems.
• Develop automation solutions using CAD (Onshape, Solidworks), 3D printing, and microcontroller integration.
• Script and troubleshoot instrument/data automation (C#, Arduino, Python).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows, drive innovation, and support biologics production.
