About the Role: As an Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing automated systems that enhance operational efficiency and product quality across various processes. Your work will directly contribute to reducing manual intervention, minimizing errors, and accelerating production timelines by leveraging cutting-edge automation technologies. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. * Proven experience in automation engineering, including programming and system integration. * Strong knowledge of automation tools, PLC programming, and control systems. * Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. * Experience with industrial communication protocols and hardware interfaces. Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Automation, Robotics, or related discipline. * Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms and software. * Knowledge of cloud-based automation and IoT technologies. * Certification in automation or control systems (e.g., ISA Certified Automation Professional). * Experience working in Agile development environments. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy automated systems and solutions to improve manufacturing and operational processes. * Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate automation tools with existing systems and workflows. * Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automated equipment and software to ensure reliability and performance. * Monitor and maintain automation systems, performing regular updates and optimizations to enhance efficiency. * Document automation processes, create technical specifications, and provide training and support to end-users.
