Automation Engineer Job Summary To design, develop, and implement automation solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency related to Factory, Plantation, Transport and workshop Key Duties and Responsibilities · Process improvement through developing automation strategies to improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance product quality. Maintenance support through troubleshooting and upgrading existing automation systems. Testing and validations through debugging, and validation of automation software and hardware. Implement process controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with safety standards. Train personnel on automated systems, processes, and best practices. Design and execute automated testing frameworks for new and existing systems. Educational Qualification and Work Experience Shall hold the Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering Any relevant professional certification is an added advantage A Minimum of 4years Industrial / Workshop Automation Software customization experience Skill and Competencies Effective Communication skills People management skills Conflict Resolution Skills Project Management Skills Negotiation skills Presentation skills Interpersonal Skills Integrity Empathy Openness Discretion
