Human by nature. Automation Engineer - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position? Overall mission You will ensure the safe, and efficient operation of plant equipment and automation systems by planning, coordinating, and optimizing all maintenance activities. You will focus on achieving high equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance performance, while driving technical improvements and preventive strategies. In close collaboration with engineering, production, and external partners, the role also leads projects, manages spare parts, and supports team development to uphold production efficiency and plant sustainability. You will be based you in Makó (Hungary) and report to the Maintenance Manager. You will Escalate non-conformance through line management Take part in planning preventive maintenance works related to automation, and controlling systems Ensure compliance (safety, environmental, food safety) of plant and assets through maintenance schedule with local regulation and norms and internal guidelines and best practices Maintain the automation systems of the production lines in a condition that efficient production can be sustained Ensure the proper operation of the industrial interfaces Produce all project relevant concepts in collaboration with subject matter experts, clients, consultants and authorities. During the work, you need to promote all valid GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and logistics rules Develop the maintenance and production team in field of automation Ensure the required documentation, drawings, manuals are maintained and available to the maintenance team Create and promote the usage of operation and maintenance instructions, recording work completed (material, working hour, machine code) Manage on site troubleshooting/ planned maintenance activites delivered by internal people, and third party contractors Ensure engineering stores are stocked with the optimum level of spare parts Produce all required project engineering and management documents project scope description, cost, justification, timing, organization, responsibilities and risks. Manage the project human resources, financial resources, time and cost targets, delivery (identification and resolution of the threats, preparation of risk analysis).
