As a Workflows & Automation Engineer (m/f/d), you are the technical driving force behind efficient, scalable processes. You design, build, and operate automations and workflows that simplify complex administrative processes and relieve management of repetitive tasks.

With your technical understanding and hands-on mentality, you connect systems, integrate AI, and create solutions that measurably save time and resources. In this role, you work closely with product, sales, and management.

Tasks

• Conception, development and maintenance of automations and workflows
• Integration of systems, APIs and AI services into seamless end-to-end processes.
• Development and adaptation of solutions for mapping and automating administrative processes for our customers
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous optimization of existing workflows
• Documentation of processes, interfaces and automations
• Close collaboration with product and specialist departments to identify new automation potential.
