The Automation Engineer works with people, processes and equipment in an effort to optimize operations with the HelloFresh Distribution Centers. The ideal candidate will use their experience and technical acumen to scope and implement automation opportunities throughout the distribution network. You will be asked to travel up to 20% within the United States. You will… Work with external vendors and system integrators to design and implement automated order fulfillment solutions utilizing top industry technology such as AMRs, Robotic arms, ASRS, sortation systems, etc. Take the lead on designing distribution facilities, including new facilities, facility retrofits, conveyor changes, and other material handling equipment (MHE) changes.
