As an Automation Engineer, you will have a big impact on the growth of the company because of the significant role you play in ensuring the successful adoption of Leapwork by our customers. You will work in a fast-paced team of experts. Your primary objectives will be to work with both leads and commercial customers on live chat and online sessions to help them with technical best practices and troubleshooting, using your deep technical knowledge and understanding of our product. You will be expected to be very flexible and perform a wide variety of tasks as they present themselves across the organization. Role Responsibilities: Understand and resolve incoming automation queries with a high sense of urgency Resolving customer queries via Chat, Tickets, and Online Question/Answers sessions Log all incidents, requests, and customer interactions into Salesforce and other systems Create a knowledge base, training materials, and provide community support to leads and customers Participate in Leapwork product testing and release-related activities. As a person, you are calm and able to drive issues forward under stressful conditions. Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills) 3 to 5 years of proven, relevant Automation experience Be completely fluent in business-level written and verbal English with a neutral accent Be experienced with test automation and software quality assurance in general Be experienced with at least one major test automation platform such as Selenium Be experienced with agile and DevOps processes, source control, database, and some programming Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
