Responsibilities
  • Designing Automation Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of automation systems to optimize our recycling processes, from initial concept through implementation.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement process for automation components and systems, ensuring the best solutions are selected to meet technical and cost requirements.
  • Simulation: Develop simulations to test automation systems and ensure they perform to the required specifications before physical implementation.
  • PLC Programming: Program, test, and implement PLC systems to control and monitor industrial processes, ensuring efficient and reliable automation.
  • SCADA Programming: Implement SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control of automated systems, improving system visibility and control.
  • Wiring Electrical Cabinets: Wire and assemble electrical cabinets, ensuring all components are integrated and safely connected.
  • Wiring Field Equipment: Oversee the wiring and setup of field equipment, ensuring proper installation and configuration of sensors, actuators, and other automation components.
  • Commissioning: Assist in the commissioning process, testing and calibrating automation systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently
