Description
You own our native mobile end-to-end (E2E) test automation stack (Maestro, iOS, and Android) and are responsible for the architecture, conventions, and stability of the test suites. Your goal is a small, deterministic, and cross-platform suite, as a reliable smoke and regression suite is more valuable than a large but error-prone one.
You design and operate AI-driven test workflows where agents generate Maestro flows from specifications and test cases (TestRail, Confluence), independently heal selectors, and analyze errors. You review and optimize all agent results.
You drive the testability of the product forward and create deterministic test foundations through stubbing, fixtures and contract tests.
You are responsible for our CI quality gates (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and define the boundaries of the test pyramid.
You will review and improve the work of our developers and manual QA team, and coach them in writing testable code and reviewing AI-generated tests.
You extend automation to our web stack (Playwright, Angular) where it adds value, always ensuring that the overall suite remains lean and reliable.
This is what you bring with you
You have more than 5 years of experience in test automation or SDET roles, of which you have been responsible for the test infrastructure (frameworks, CI, environments, test data) for at least two years (not just creating test suites).
You have implemented native mobile E2E automations in real projects (Maestro, Appium, XCUITest or Espresso) and can explain the trade-offs regarding flakiness (instability) between these tools.
You have programming skills at a developer level (Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript or Python) and can read app code to implement testability hooks yourself.
You have practical experience with LLMs and agent tooling (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) in a testing workflow, or you can credibly demonstrate that you can quickly learn them. This is a core part of the role, not a "nice-to-have".
You have a clear position on test data determinism through stubbing, fixtures and contract testing, and a proven track record of success in eliminating flakiness.
Experience in CI/CD pipeline management (including device farms and simulators), Web E2E with Playwright, experience with white-label or multi-tenant products, visual regression and snapshot testing, as well as TestRail integration and reporting.
You communicate clearly in English and work well with product owners and cross-functional teams.
Why endios
You have the opportunity to freely develop yourself in a growing company in a dynamic industry, to help shape the future and to continuously improve yourself.
From day one, you will take on responsibility and use our short, quick decision-making processes to actively participate in shaping the future.
