JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to help drive our organization’s digital transformation. This role goes beyond traditional scripting—you will help shape an automation mindset, build a scalable roadmap, and execute business process improvement initiatives leveraging AI, Power Automate, and other modern automation platforms. This is a client‑facing position. You will work directly with business leaders to understand operational challenges, translate those into technical requirements, and deliver high‑value automation solutions with a security‑first mindset. Candidates must have experience working in a HIPAA-regulated environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. * Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Power Automate, AI-driven tools, and modern workflow orchestration platforms. * Establish and promote an automation-first mindset across teams and stakeholders. * Build an automation roadmap aligned to business priorities, risk considerations, and long-term scalability. * Collaborate with business partners to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into technical deliverables. * Develop scripts, connectors, and integrations using Python, PowerShell, and platform automation tools (where appropriate). * Champion security best practices, ensuring solutions meet compliance, resiliency, and governance standards. * Prepare documentation, diagrams, and training materials for end users and technical teams. QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of automation engineering experience with demonstrated success delivering workflow, scripting, and integration-based solutions * Hands-on experience with Power Automation, CoPilot Studio, robotic process automation (RPA), or similar workflow orchestration tools. * Expert skills in Python and/or PowerShell with an ability to extend beyond basic scripting when needed. * Proven ability to work directly with clients or stakeholders in gathering requirements and delivering solutions * Security-first mindset, with an understanding of data protection, access controls and risk mitigation. * Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments and understanding of related compliance requirements. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
