Welcome to Love’s Our IT Retail Services is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer II to be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation and will collaborate closely with the team to identify and resolve test automation issues, ensuring that requirements of multiple business units are met. This role also involves leveraging AI-powered tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage, accelerate defect detection, and optimize testing workflows.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of related experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role

HARD SKILLS:

• Experience with automation tools, such as UiPath or similar
• Experience with test management tools, such as Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Certification in UI Path Test Manager, Tricentis Tosca, Appium, Selenium
• Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Proficiency with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, Java or similar.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Ability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently on complex development objects
• Ability to manage numerous competing demands in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
