Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer with expertise in low-code/no-code platform (Workato), Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), and Agentic AI-driven automation (Workato Genie/UiPath Maestro). The ideal candidate will own end-to-end automation delivery, including solution design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support, following a DevOps delivery model. This role is key to StarHub’s digital transformation journey, driving operational efficiency and customer experience improvements by automating business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and leveraging next-generation AI-powered autonomous workflows.   Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Gather requirements from business stakeholders, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable, reusable solutions. Develop, configure, and deploy workflows using UiPath and Workato. Integrate with platforms (CRM, ITSM, Billing, Slack, AI chatbots) to streamline cross-platform processes. Apply AI and Agentic AI capabilities (multi-agent orchestration, GenAI-based conversational bots, retrieval-augmented generation) to enable self-service resolution and autonomous troubleshooting. Automation Lifecycle Management (DevOps) Manage the full automation lifecycle: build, test, deploy, monitor, optimize. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automation assets with proper version control (Bitbucket, Cloudbees). Proactively monitor automation health, log events, and track KPIs using Splunk dashboards and alerts. Detect anomalies, troubleshoot failures, and resolve incidents with Splunk observability integrations. ·       Continuously refine automations based on analytics, user feedback, and AI learning loops. Governance & Best Practices Ensure automations comply with security, compliance, and governance standards. Build and maintain a library of reusable automation components. Enforce policy and compliance guardrails for AI responses in customer-facing and internal automations.   Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in automation, integration, or RPA development Core Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (RPA) and Workato (iPaaS). Automation: Expertise in workflow orchestration, API integration, and low-code/no-code automation. AI/Agentic AI: Knowledge of conversational AI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous multi-agent frameworks. DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, observability, and automation pipelines. Problem Solving: Analytical and troubleshooting skills to manage incidents end-to-end. Collaboration: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams.   Preferred Qualifications UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer) and Workato Automation Pro certification is a must. Exposure to cloud platforms for scalable automation deployment. Familiarity with ITIL / Agile / DevOps methodologies.
