Job Description ¨ Design automated equipment for manufacturing and inspection processes ¨ Specify and source controls, motion, and sensor equipment for automation projects ¨ Program automation equipment including PLC, HMI, motion control, and sensors ¨ Assembly and installation of equipment as needed ¨ Troubleshooting of PLCs, motors, sensors, and other controls equipment ¨ Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation ¨ Carry out engineering tests per written protocols, record data, and report findings ¨ Interface with Engineers, Production Operators, Production Managers, Quality Engineers, and Maintenance Personnel Responsibilities ¨ As designated by Automation Engineering Manager. Responsibilities

The intern will design automated equipment for manufacturing and inspection processes, specify and source controls and sensors, and program automation equipment. They will also troubleshoot equipment and identify opportunities for process improvement.
